[Stones] HEALTH: Help (hopefully!) for chronic cystitis

hi Cindy and Kathy--
 
Nice to hear from you both! I sincerely hope that this info is a help to other piggies. Sometimes I think it's hit-or-miss as we attempt to treat our piggies and nurse them back to health--what works for one may not work for another. But because this long period of freedom from pain-while-peeing (and sometimes blood) has been VERY encouraging to me, again I would like to recommend the antiobiotic tucoprim and 100% cranberry juice as a maintenance/preventative. Certainly worth a try for any piggies who suffer from uti's/cystitis.
