[Stones] Polycitra dilution?

use a 1 cc (TB) syringe - fill it to the 0.10 line with Polycitra, then fill 
it the rest of the way with water.  use bottled water unless your home water 
is non-fluoridated and soft (low in minerals), in which case I would filter it 
(Brita etc.).  sometimes I give another half- to one-syringe full of water 
after that, but the 9:1 dilution is adequate.
