Hi- I just wanted to add a note here, concerning the
probiotics. For any that you choose to use, whether
the acidophilis or yogurt or other, I have always been
told not to give that within 2 hrs of the antibiotic/ med
as one will neutralize the other, making it ineffective.
No sense in shooting ourselves in the foot!

Thank god she is a pig with a GI track that handles
anitbiotics so well because we are going on 6 weeks now.
Strongly suggest you give her acidophilus as well. You can get dairy-free
acidophilus - try your local health food store, and look for it to be
refrigerated, not on the shelves. Just open the capsule and sprinkle a little of the
powder on something she's eating, or you can mix it with a tiny bit of water and
syringe it to her, ideally a few hours between doses of antibiotic.
