Francine,

Did you have the first stone analyzed?

A recurring UTI can be caused by a number of things: have you had her  
checked for diabetes? How about her urine pH - is it higher or lower  
that it should be? Was a urinalysis done to determine what "bug" may  
be in there?

I'd hesitate to suggest cranberry juice because of her history with  
stones, but it  has been proven to help with urinary infections.
