It could also be that the bacteria do not react to Baytril... I have tried 
that several times with urine infections. You could try Cefacure (tablets) 
instead. Baytril is not my first choise with urine infections, cefacure is. 
Also if it is an infection you could by craneberries capsuels and give him 
the powder inside split over tre days (as a supplement, not as treatment 
alone), just blend it with a little water and syringe it to him.
